Founded in 2004, Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions is a health information management services company that provides customizable medical coding and compliance solutions, including retrospective and prospective risk adjustment coding services.

The BerniePortal – available from ADP Marketplace partner, Bernard Health – provides all-in-one HR software supported by health insurance brokers nationwide. Using the portal, employers like Peak Risk Adjustment Solutions can manage their benefits plans, open enrollment, onboarding, and ACA compliance.

“The BerniePortal is the launching pad for our employee benefits,” says Michel. The app enables the seamless integration of pay data on the ADP Workforce Now platform and the benefits data at Bernard Health. The app also allowed a convenient direct connection between Peak’s employees and selected benefits carriers. “Getting set up with the portal app took very little effort,” she adds. “In just two clicks, I was connected.”
